FAQ
Q: Will the cats be secure when on the stage? What if the cat runs off?
A: We will be providing a cage on stage as a back-up, just in case your cat is skittish and will bolt! We are not able to do this in the usual cat show style, as we know that our home cats are generally quite wary of public spaces and strangers.

We encourage you to bring a collar / harness together with the cat in a secure carrier. :)

Q: Why not just have a photo contest?
A: We would like to stir things up more by having live cats instead of just pictures as it will draw more attention from the crowd. After all, we would like to get the public to draw awareness about cats and their temperament, as well as CWS in general.

We also would like to encourage responsible ownership of cats.

But do make sure your cat is more or less comfortable with public spaces! (I know some cats are fearless!)

Q: Can we dress the cat up?
A: Yes! Cats will be judged for their costumes, so go creative on them! I am sure you will know what is comfortable to them? :D Even a lovely collar will help!
