Charity Status/ Extraordinary General Meeting

6 Apr 04 - Cat Welfare Society has the pleasure to announce that the Commissioner of Charities has announced that the application for charity status can be processed once we make some changes to our Constitution.

We will therefore be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on the 17th of April (Saturday) to amend the Constitution. We will need THIRTY members to attend, in order to do so - these members must have paid up their subscription fees. Please bring your membership cards for us to check at the door.
