THE PROPOSAL: Housing and Development (Animal) Rules

16 May 02 - This is the proposal that has been written in support of our request to the Minister for National Development (dated 6 September 2001) for a review of the Housing and Development (Animals) Rules, in particular, Section 3 which prohibits the keeping of pet cats in HDB flats.
