| Description: | We found Sonya when a resident complained about being frightened by a cat "lurking" in the corridor. She seemed to be a newly dumped house cat as she dared not venture below the block and was getting bullied by the resident community cats. She was frightened and skinny and had a head injury that has since healed after she was taken to the vet and nursed back to health.
She's now of a healthy size, sterilised, and seems very comfortable in a home environment, and getting more affectionate. Definitely not a street-wise cat. She's still afraid of other cats so she should preferably be with a "single-cat" family who can offer her a safe and loving home. She has since learned to tolerate other non-threatening cats. |
