Cat found at Tampines

My sisters and I found this male cat at Tampines a few months ago, and he's been living under our block ever since. Have a feeling he used to be someone's cat. He is very sweet and tame. He's quiet, and getting quite fat here. Oh, and unlike other cats who pee on the grass, he pees on the cover of the drain!
Was found with another companion, Miaowy, and they are always together.
