Cat found at Tampines

My sisters and i found this girl, Maiowy, and another male cat, whom we named Peter at our void deck a few months ago. they are always together, and sleep at our void deck.
I have a feeling she was someone's cat as she is not shy of humans, and is very talkative. she was quite small-ish when we found her, but has gotten a bit fat recently (not pregnant.. Ear tipped). She's very smart, and learns very fast. Quite playful, but slightly wary of (noisy) children.
However, she is under a lot of stress, and is constanly grooming herself.
