Between Perumal Road and Farrer Park MRT Station on Feb 5
Description:
While we were feeding strays between Perumal Road and Farrer Park MRT Station on Feb 5, we came across a big black cat crying loudly. Despite trying to feed it daily it refuse to eat till today (Feb 10) when it was fed premium 'Fussie Cat' food. Observing it, we believe it may be a house pet. Unfortunately we do not have any other details such as the sex of the animal or any photo to upload.
