Cat found near Parkway Parade
Since last Thursday, I spotted a cat hanging out by the shrubbery behind a bus stop along Marine Parade Road (opposite Parkway Parade & infront of Grande Mercure Roxy Hotel). I was drawn to it because it was crying out so loudly as it was trying to feed on a stale leftover packet of nasi lemak. It is EXTREMELY friendly, it flops over as soon as you stroke it and exposes it belly for you to pat. Its friendly behaviour and its cleaniness makes me suspect that it probably has/had a home, thus it is either a missing pet or an abandoned one. There are no markings or indications in/on the ear. And although I am not an expert, I think it may be pregnant. The past couple of days, I saw it sprawled in the clearing of the shrubbery. Anyone who has information to assist, please contact me at 64440105 or 64462804. If I do not hear from anyone after the Chinese New Year, then I will likely send it to SPCA.
