URGENT - Reward Offered for Info on Abused Cat in Woodlands

SPCA Singapore is looking for any information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person/s responsible for inflicting injuries (through suspected scalding on two occasions) on this cat which was found at Circle Green Park, Woodlands on 30 April 2010.
