FOUND: Siamese Cat at Telok Blangah Heights

Around 8+pm on Saturday, 7-Aug-2010, I saw a pure-bred Siamese cat at a railing near the entrance of the multi-storey car park at Block 73A Telok Blangah St 32 (area usually known as Telok Blangah Heights). Its ears were not clipped and it ran off when it saw me.

I know there's a feeder around that area but I don't know who or how to contact the person as I was just visiting and do not live there.

I think this cat was lost because the strays there are not so easily frightened as they are taken care of by the feeder there. Unfortunately, I was not able to retain the cat to look for its owner as it had run off.
