URGENT: Seeking Donations for Medical Treatment of Cat with Pneumonia + Foster Home
This cat was brought to the vet (Dr Daphne Ang, Vet Practice) today and was diagnosed with pneumonia. His tests results are not back yet, thus we are still not sure if it is viral or due to FIP.
Currently, he is on antibiotics. His difficulty in breathing has caused him to suck in air to his digestive system and reduced his appetite. He is currently also on Antacid to help him eat more. His course of medicine and the results of his test will be out in 3 weeks and Dr. Daphne Ang from Vet Practice will contact whoever is fostering him. I will be letting Dr. Ang know of the change contact person when he finds a foster home.
The cat requires more tests - X-ray, blood tests. As such, the total medical fees will come up to a significant amount. As such, I will be needing financial help to defray the costs.
Please see below for the current bill from Vet Practice - it does not include the coming tests and treatment.
I urgently need to find a foster home for this cat. I stay in a hostel in university and pets are not allowed. I think a person from the management office saw me bring him up, so I'm not sure when the superiors will be alerted, so I need to find him a more secure place sooner.
I am also seeking financial assistance for his vet fees.
