URGENT: Seeking Donations for Medical Treatment of Cat in Bad Condition After Being Held by AVA
My name is Kashif and I am 18 years old.
Over a week ago. some of the cats from my block went missing. As a cat lover myself, I immediately noticed as I visit and play with them every night. I found out that the cats were caught by the town council and were going to be bput to sleep. I lost hope and was heartbroken, as was my girlfriend who is also a cat lover and who visits them by my side.
A few days later, the woman who feeds the cats told us she had contacted the town council and the cats were still alive. Sensing the urgency we decided to get back the cats as soon as possible. which we did.
We were to pay a sum of $730 which we did without regrets. However after getting the cats, we realised that they were kept in a horrible condition by AVA:
* Out of the 4 cats, one has become highly aggressive towards humans.
* Another has become scared the other had become scared of humans, as if he was traumatised - he is even scared to come out of the cage which we used to bring him back in and is too scared to move.
* The third and fourth cats were a couple - namely Girlfee and Boyfee. Girlfee had lost some weight, but Boyfee, who is always close to Girlfee has lost 2/3 of his weight. now just 3kg from being a super healthy, fat and active.
This is a photo of Boyfee in happier days:

and this is Boyfee now:

When we picked Boyfee up from AVA, he had injuries all over his body and the back of the body was drenched in cat pee and poo, most likely to be his own.
Boyfee is now admitted to the hospital as he is fully dehydrated with fever and flu. He is so badly treated that if any human had seen him, they - like me - would have been outraged by how he and the other cats were kept and treated.
Here're some photos of Boyfee's injuries:

UPDATE
Unfortunately to our great dismay, Boyfee has passed away early Sunday morning. Due to his condition, he had lost all his strength and didn't even have the energy to move his paws.
The total bill at the vet was $618.54, after $54.46 discount. Kashif had to borrow most of the amount so as to settle the bill, and we are still looking to raise enough funds to assist the cause.

We are urgently seeking help to defray the medical expenses of Boyfee. Boyfee had already been hospitalised since the day we got him at a vet in Bedok South. He was diagnosed with flu, fever, dehydration, diarrhoea and vomiting - he has also lost interest in food, is depressed, has a lack of white blood cells as well as injuries all over his body. He is therefore in no condition to be in a house just yet and has to be hospitalised.
Boyfee had unfortunately passed away on early Sunday morning.
The vet bill is confirmed at $618.54.
