URGENT: Seeking Donations for Community Cat Suspected to Have Ingested Corrosive Substances

This community cat affectionately known as Creamy was missing for 5 days. When his caregivers finally located him, his face was covered with dried blood and his mouth was still dripping with blood.
Creamy was rushed to Mount Pleasant Emergency Hospital where upon diagnosis, the vet said that his condition was critical as he is suspected to have ingested something very corrosive - his tongue was burnt and part of it had turned black, while the rest was badly lacerated. Creamy's condition was so dire that he collapsed in the middle of the treatment that night but the team managed to revive him. Creamy also had a gaping wound on his tail, which had to be stitched up. A feeding tube was also inserted into his neck.
Creamy was then transferred to AMK Veterinary Clinic the next day. Further examinations showed that his digestive system was burnt as well. Creamy continued to pass out bloody stool for the next couple of days before stabilising.
Within a week, Creamy was able to sit up and eat on his own without being fed through the tube. He had to continue to be warded for recovery.
Creamy's medical bills to date came up to SGD 1,665.70 and we are appealing for SGD 1,000.00 to help defray the medical costs incurred.

We are urgently appealing for donations to help defray the cost incurred for Creamy, with the appeal amount at SGD 1,000.00.
