URGENT: Seeking Donations for Community Cat with Huge Infected Wound

A community cat was found by a caregiver with a huge open wound on her rump, suspected to have been inflicted due to abuse. The wound had become severely infected and was filled with pus, the flesh had darkened and parts of her tail bone was exposed.

The cat was rushed to the vet, where her wound was drained and cleaned, because parts of the infected flesh was removed and the wound stitched up. The cat is currently recuperating at the caregiver's home.

The total medical bill incurred was SGD 585.50.
