Please email specialappeals@catwelfare.org with the information below:
1. A short write-up on the situation
2. The name and location of the veterinary clinic where the cat(s) is receiving medical treatment (if applicable)
3. Up to 3 photos/scans (JPEG only) of the cat / situation / bills / invoices
4. The kind of help you need (eg. financial, fostering etc) including appeal amount required
5. Contact numbers or regularly accessed email addresses

This community cat was found with a swollen ear by his caregiver and was rushed to the vet for treatment.

Batey is a community cat living around the vicinity of a commercial fishing pond in an HDB estate. He was found by a resident one day with a fishing hook and thread hanging from the side of his mouth.

Bobby was a community cat that was rescued and boarded at a cattery. He was found suddenly with his head tilted and walking in a circular motion.

A caregiver at Bedok North Road discovered one of her community cats, affectionately named Polar, was suffering from massive injuries on his paw - it was rotting and covered in maggots.

Arrow

Arrow is a community cat rescued from Choa Chu Kang, and his caregiver had initially thought he had found a new lease of life when she got him adopted out 3 months ago by a family.

Unfortunately, Arrow was returned to the caregiver as he was discovered to be ill and was suspected of having liver problems.

A community cat named Shale went missing for a week before he finally turned up on New Year's Eve, limping and with bones sticking out from where two of his toes used to be.

His caregivers managed to trap Shale in a shallow drain to take him for treatment. By the time he was found, the wound was already badly infected.

A caregiver found this community cat named Wan Wan at the void deck of Blk 291 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 on 10 January, lying on the ground, listless. Wan Wan had been unable to drink or eat for a few days, and she noticed blood in Wan Wan's urine.

Cheeky was found by his caregiver in a wet drain in September 2011, after having gone missing for about a week despite being a regular community cat during feeding. At that point, his caregiver noticed that his lower jaw and left ear were swollen with abscesses and his coat, which was matted, was also showing signs of severe dehydration.
