Hi I am Macchiato, a 7 month old boy. My Angel auntie gives me this name as she says I look just like the famous coffee; I have a beautiful fur coat of black with a tinge of white fur on my neck ☕ I used to have a home but was abandoned in the drain when I was 2 months young. Luckily a kind feeder aunty saw me meowing and had been feeding me since. She carried me everyday after feeding and called me a lap cat.
My Angel auntie heard about my plight and decided to rescue me. I am now in a happy boarding place and do not need to worry about hot sun and rainy weather anymore. I even have many companions to play with. I am a little shy towards strangers but will open up once I get to know them. I will then climb up onto their laps and we can spend the day cuddling together. I am also a gentle, quiet and calm kitten.😻
I have been sterilised with no tipped ear, microchipped, vaccinated, deflead, dewormed and fiv/felv tested negative. My Angel auntie says I am ready to go to a Home Sweet Home where there is unlimited Eating, Playing and Loving 😻 Please contact my Angel, Jenny at 91461839, if you like to adopt me 🏠 Cat Welfare adoption guidelines apply.
Sweet words from an adopter who has adopted 4 black cats 😺
“Many people are averse to black cats. Some think they are associated with bad luck. Others think black animals are fierce. And some just find the colour unpleasant. I once had that mentality when I was about to adopt my first cat (she’s black) and thankfully I went through with it. Because I found out that black cats are super sweet! It’s almost like they are compensating, knowing that people don’t really like them. So they’re extra manja, communicative and sweet. After my first blackie, I adopted 1 more and then another. And another. Now I have 4 black cats, who live happily with my older dog. And everyone is happy!”
