Meet Neru!

Neru is a gentle lady who loves the 3 Cs: churu, chilling, and chin scratches. She’s got gorgeous black fur with a white belly and white pedicure. Her tail is a cute little hook. She will sleep in the same spot the entire day, only moving to use the toilet or get a fee sips of water, before returning to the same spot. Neru is also a biscuit factory – get her on a soft surface and she’ll knead. Doesn’t matter if it’s a blanket, pillow, or your belly. She can be a little wary when you approach her, but take it slow and she’ll warm right up.

Neru and Zoro were previously living with ~20 other cats, but after their caretaker passed, they came to live with me for a year. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, our first cat is unable to accept them and is hostile when they’re around, and all three cats are unable to fully relax in the same home. As such, we’re looking for a better home for the both of them, where they can fully flourish and be themselves!

Ideally they are adopted as a pair as Neru helps him come out of his shell – but available to adopt individually as well.

  • controlled feeding as she may overeat and throw up
  • seasonal chronic sinisitis – may get sneezy in the middle of the year or if there are allergens (not flu – not contagious)
  • taking lysine as a supplement for her respiratory health
  • good temperament with humans but approach gently
  • can be adopted as a pair or individually
