🤎 Rou Rou Wants To Roll-Roll Her Way Into Your Heart 🤎

Meet Rou Rou: a super-friendly and expressive tabby girl who is ready to bring life, light, and laughter into your home!

Estimated to be around three to four years old, Rou Rou was first spotted roaming the void decks in the later half of 2025, meowing at anyone and everyone who would stop to provide food and pets. No one knew where she came from, but when months passed and she never left, it became apparent that Rou Rou no longer had a place to return to—someone had clearly abandoned her and left her to fend for herself outdoors.

A resilient and highly adaptable Rou Rou adjusted quickly to life as a community cat, choosing to settle in at a certain BBQ pit in the estate. Alas, her new home-but-not-really was far from being the ideal dwelling for her: despite being roofed, the place was not entirely rain-proof, and stormy weather often left the floors wet and slippery. Leftover charcoal exposed to rainwater also often left black stains and smudges all over the tiling, and an unsuspecting Rou Rou would attempt to do body rolls and flips right on the dirty flooring. It did not take much longer for us to realise that Rou Rou deserved better—she should not be spending her days treading through filthy puddles at that BBQ pit.

Currently indoors with doting fosterers, Rou Rou is an extremely affectionate girl who craves and relishes human company. A self-assured and talkative kitty who knows what she wants and does not hesitate to express it, Rou Rou also does not hold back when it comes to showing love and appreciation for the people in her life. Reach a hand out to stroke her, and she immediately starts to flip and roll around—manja to the max!

– Estimated to be about three to four years old as of September 2026.
– Sterilised with tipped left ear.
– FIV and FeLV negative. No known health issues.
– No known food allergies. Not a picky eater, and is currently on a nutritionally balanced wet-food-only diet.
– As a people-oriented kitty who warms up quickly to humans, Rou Rou is suitable for both first-timers and those who have prior experience with owning cats. Taking her temperament and personality into account, however, Rou Rou is better suited for a one-cat-only household where she will not have to compete with other felines for attention and affection. When Rou Rou loves, she gives you all of her—this is why she is happiest when you can give her all of you, too.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS
– For her safety and wellbeing, Rou Rou must be kept strictly indoors at all times.
– As required by CWS, your home has to be properly and securely cat-proofed (i.e. meshing of all windows and gates) to prevent escapes and accidents. If your home is not already meshed up, the cat-proofing has to be done before you welcome Rou Rou into your family.
– Potential adopters must agree to, and be comfortable with, a house visit and mandatory screening of their home.
– Potential adopters must be financially stable i.e. have the means to provide for, and properly take care of, Rou Rou for the rest of her life.
– Rou Rou’s future adoptive family must be willing to provide video/photo updates about her, and also be open to occasional home visits from her fosterers and/or former caregiver.
– No adoption fee, as long as you meet the above important requirements.
