Willow was first spotted by a feeder during a nightly feeding session. She was skittish and would run away when approached, and she was often chased off by the other community cats. She continued to appear over the next few days before she was finally trapped. As no one has come forward to claim her, and given the condition she was found in (skinny and extremely dirty), we suspect she may have been abandoned. We are now looking to find her a new forever home.
Willow is a loving and affectionate girl who loves being around humans but also appreciates having her own space at times. She is playful and a big foodie who loves her meals (maybe a bit too much)! She may be a bit challenging for first-time cat owners, as she doesn’t enjoy being handled — especially for grooming or when medication is involved. Willow would do best in a calm household with patient parents who are willing to learn and understand her boundaries.
