Meet Zoro!

Zoro takes some time to get comfortable in a new environment and will require some patience, but once he recognises you, he is the absolute sweetest boy. He will plop on his side, rest his head in your hands, and cuddle next to you if you lay next to him. He may or may not drool a little when you give him all your attention! He’s active and loves to play, and will jump on high platforms if he can. He’s got a funky smokey fur coat that’s black outside and white on the inside. He loves a good belly rub and armpit scratch – roll him out like a dough and knead him like he’s bread. He’s also extremely food motivated, and will let you know when he’s hungry. While he’s missing his right eye and the socket is still open, it doesn’t cause any issue other than needing a wipe after dinner. Enucleation is recommended eventually to prevent potential issues and can be discussed.

Neru and Zoro were previously living with ~20 other cats, but after their caretaker passed, they came to live with me for a year. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, our first cat is unable to accept them and is hostile when they’re around, and all three cats are unable to fully relax in the same home. As such, we’re looking for a better home for the both of them, where they can fully flourish and be themselves!

Ideally they are adopted as a pair as Neru helps him come out of his shell – but available to adopt individually as well, Zoro may just require more patience.
