This is the story of Smokey, rescued from a construction site at Tuas after some driver left him there alone, where every day was a struggle just to survive.

He was frequently chased by the wild dogs around the area. So this frightened cat will usually hide under the stairs until the dogs left.

We brought him home and cared for him but we have a few cats of our own and they can’t get along well. Always hissing and sometimes fighting. I have to put them separately most of the time.

He is a good boy and we are hoping that somebody will be able to adopt him and give him a new lease of life, to give him a chance to have a good life.
